TouchWiz UI To Get Overhaul In Time For MWC 09

MWC 09 will see a flurry of new releases not only in the form of cell phones, but software and firmware updates as well. Among them will be Samsung and their TouchWiz user interface that is currently seeing action on several Samsung phones, taking over the helm of the Croix user interface. TouchWiz has not really made a huge enough impact that Samsung would have preferred, and have now released to the world word that the new and improved TouchWiz will make its debut in Barcelona. Some of the new elements will include more haptic capability, 3D effects, downloadable widgets as well as a widget dock located along the bottom of the screen. Current TouchWiz handsets can benefit from the new version through an update.
