
[Mobile World Congress] With Windows Mobile 6.5 being announced earlier today, here comes a very strong endorsement from one of its major partners – HTC. HTC’s CEO just dropped the ball that new HTC smartphones will be powered by the Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system, while older phones won’t be left out of the party as they will be eligible for a free upgrade, further confirming our suspicions that recently released devices are in line for an upgrade.
