Acer F1 To Roll Out This September

Acer F1 will be yet another Windows Mobile 6.5 smartphone that will launch later this September. The F1 will boast a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor which is similar to the one found in Toshiba’s super slim TG01. For MHz freaks, they’ll be disappointed to know that the Acer F1 will run only at 800MHz and not 1000MHz. Inside, you will be greeted by an ATi graphics chipset as well as the Acer Suite 2.0 UI which points toward many similarities with HTC’s TouchFlo 3D interface. Sources on the street point towards a $758 price point for the Acer F1, which clearly places it out of reach for most people if it is sold unlocked and without a contract.
