Asus K Series Notebooks Introduced

Asus recently introduced the K Series, a “smart choice of notebooks designed to provide users with no-frills day-to-day computing and steadfast reliability”. You will find all K Series notebooks run on the proprietary ASUS Super Hybrid Engine (SHE) for improved energy efficiency, which is always a good thing in our books. According to Asus, the K Series are able to deliver up to 5 hours of non-stop computing on a 6-cell battery – that’s pretty spiffy by any standard. Othe confirmed features include 16:9 aspect ratio displays and Altec Lansing speakers. Apart from that, we know zilch about specifications, pricing and availability.
