Asus P565 Bites The Dust

While Asus released its P565 smartphone as recently as last November, they have just pulled the plug on this handset after entering into a partnership with Garmin from the beginning of last month onwards. This handset was supposed to debut in France last month, but we guess the chances of that ever happening would be as good as having the first Chinese pope in the world. We are absolutely stumped as to why the alliance with Garmin will adversely affect the availability of older Asus handsets, but it could be a probable explanation where the Taiwanese company prefers to concentrate more on its co-developed phones.
