T-Mobile will at long last make available OS 4.5 from tomorrow onwards for the BlackBerry Pearl 8120, so folks subscribing to this carrier can heave a collective sigh of relief. No idea on why RIM took their own sweet time when it comes to finishing up a T-Mobil-approved build, but it just goes to show where 8120 owners lie in the hierarchy of things. Some of the new features include music and video streaming, calendar lookup, remote search for emails on a server, attachment downloads, myFaves 1.5 support and an updated user interface among others. As with other OS updates, OS 4.5 comes with a bunch of customary fixed bugs so stuff like uncaught Java exception errors during selected audio file downloading will no longer be a problem.
