The iPhone Dev Team shows that they aren’t slow in any sense, taking just one day longer to release the first full free jailbreak for the iPod touch 2G compared to the NitroKey Slipstream. Apaprently, the iPhone Dev Team managed to exploit a “fatal flaw in [the] bootrom that means you will always be able to pwn these devices no matter what firmware updates come along.” Currently, this jailbreak has yet to be integrated into the Dev Team’s QuickPwn or the Pwnage Tool utilities. If you’ve already given this a go, how do you find it?
