CeBIT is where the SlashGear team caught hold of the Gigabyte Thin Note M1024, and boy can you tell from the image above that this is one super slim netbook which will probably appeal to folks who want a netbook to be both functional and beautiful to look at simultaneously. Don’t expect netbook specifications to differ greatly – this model is powered by an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, and comes with a 10.1″ 1,024 x 600 resolution display, 1GB RAM, a 60GB/80GB hard drive, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity with the option to throw in an embedded 3.5G modem. It tips the scales at just 1.96 pounds, so all we have to do now is wait for the official pricing before we decide on a purchase.
