Furniture giant Ikea has been on the warpath against polluting the environment, doing its part in helping us keep the earth green with its business policies, and here they are with yet another initiative – Ikea will be releasing its first solar-powered products on the market shortly from now. These tiny lights are perfect to keep your outdoor sections lighted up when dusk falls without adding to your monthly power bill, thanks to the integrated solar panels that transforms solar energy into electricity and stored on rechargeable batteries after that. These lights are LEDs, sipping up to 70% less energy compared to regular bulbs while lasting four times as long. Another advantage of solar power is there won’t be any more need for cables running across the garden or lawn.
