The Kindle has enjoyed some rather interesting success, and now Amazon looks like it wants to take it one step further, as Kindle for the iPhone was released on March 3rd and is going for free via the iTunes App Store. This means that iPhone owners can now get the same content as Kindle owners do, such as books, magazines and newspapers. The only bit of bad news is that you won’t be able to buy anything via the Kindle app, rather you’ll need to rely on a web browser.
