KuroKids has rolled out a Classmate PC netbook that comes with a whole bunch of Doraemon love all over the front portion. It will be powered by an Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor and accompanied by a decent-sized hard drive and an 8.9″ 1,024 x 600 resolution display. You can forget about touchscreen support with this, so you’ll just have to wait until Intel’s Classmate 3 reference design is released. Until then, Doraemon fans can fork out around $488 for this, although it doesn’t look as though it is set for a Stateside release in the near future.
