Lenovo Unveils New Desktop PCs

Lenovo has just announced a couple of smaller and cheaper desktop PC options – the ThinkCentre A58 and the ThinkCentre M58e. After all, with the global economic crunch doing a number on customers these days, it makes perfect sense to look for solutions that offer the best bang for the buck, and these two models are touted to satisfy that requirement. Both models come with two layers of protection, where Lenovo’s Rescue and Recovery tool will help one recover and restore lost files alongside Lenovo’s Online Data Backup service that stashes away data backed-up in a secure, off-site location. This service is free with up to 5GB of storage for a 3-month period. Other security measures include a fingerprint reader, I/O port disablement and a chassis intrusion switch.
