MobiHand App Store Announced

Prior to RIM’s App World announcement, third party mobile software distributor, MobiHand, will ovver more than 5,000 free and paid software titles in its library to BlackBerry users without any of those ridiculous pricing requirements, all presented in a clean and simple user interface. Some of the more interesting features include a Deal of the Day offer that slashes off a huge chunk of the retail price off the featured software. RIM does have the advantage of being better positioned to kick off their App World among BlackBerry users, but if MobiHand is doing something right, we believe they will also be able to enlarge the cake and eat their fair share, too.
