MacBook, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air owners who are looking for a way to hook up external displays to their notebooks will be pleased to know that MonoPrice has their best interests at heart, offering a new Mini DisplayPort-to-HDMI adapter. This will come in either single quantities or in bulk, shipping in three days’ time with prices ranging from $12 to $14, depending on the amount ordered. The MonoPrice Mini DisplayPort-to-HDMI adapter can be said to be a pioneer device since Apple themselves have yet to take such a step. It is capable of supporting 1,920 x 1,080 resolutions at 12 bits per channel in addition to audio transfer, although the latter will require the source device to send audio through the Mini DisplayPort interface.
