Onyko has apparently stabbed customers of its lovely Hello Kitty netbook that ran on Windows 7 by offering it an an exorbitant price, where it is actually a clone of the Olevia X10A netbook that retails for 30% cheaper in Hong Kong. Not only that, the Japanese version maxes out at 802.11n connectivity, while the Olevia X10A in Hong Kong even comes with the added attraction of a built-in HSDPA 3G module that allows users to go online virtually anytime, anywhere at their convenience. Guess being a first mover doesn’t necessarily mean you’re at an advantage.
