Telefonica Markets Rebranded As Movistar

Telefonica already uses the Movistar brand around the world, but there are still some services like Wireline that is under the Telefonica brand name. In a move to standardize those names, Telefonica has announced that all of its services around the world will be rebranded as Movistar, with O2 the only entity to survive this renaming process in the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia along with the Vivo brand in Brazil.
