TG Sambo Averatec Star Notebook

TG Sambo has rolled out yet another notebook for the South Korea market in the form of the Averatec Star – this model will come in an ‘eco & slim’ design, complete with silver-colored aluminum finish and a built-in battery pack. Within its chassis, you will find an Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 2.4GHz processor, 3GB RAM, a 320GB SATA hard drive and a 13.1″ widescreen LCD display. Don’t expect to use this for heavy duty gaming though, as it lacks a dedicated video card but is supported by an Intel GMA X4500MHD graphics engine instead. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Ethernet LAN rounds off the list of connectivity options, while you also get VGA output, a trio of USB 2.0 ports and a built-in 1.3 megapixel camera. No idea on how much it will cost though.
