Wii Price Set To Increase In The UK

We don’t have a very good feeling about this, as Nintendo will increase the price of the Wii console due to the depreciation of the pound. It reeks of head-on capitalism – how come the Wii’s price wasn’t dropped back when the pound was nearly double the value of the dollar? Apparently, Nintendo will raise its trade price for UK retailers by approximately £18-20, letting the final price of the console come extremely near the psychological £200 point. Guess not everything that goes up will ever come down.
