The Asus P30A is the latest addition to the business line of the Taiwanese computer maker. The system is powered by a 1.4Ghz Core Duo processor – a frequency low enough to keep things cool while possibly consuming less power. The P30A can handle up to 4GB of memory and buyers can choose between a 250GB 5400rpm drive, or a faster 320GB 7200rpm version. We like the 13.3″ (1366×768) 16:9 display but also the support for wireless broadband, including WiMax (as an option, we guess). Obviously, there’s an integrated webcam. the Notebook weighs only 3.3Lbs, but has only a 4-Cell battery (we suspect 4hrs of battery life). There’s no pricing information at this point.
