Presented by Sony during CES 2009, the Bravia XBR9 Series are now available for pre-order at SonyStyle.com. If you missed the news back then, Sony was telling us live about the image quality (240Hz, Bravia Engine 3 image processor) and how “connected” the TV is, with access to about 20 online video sources like YouTube, Amazon VOD, Sports Illustrated and some Sony services. Hulu and Netflix are missing (sic), but we hope that they will be added later. Available in 40″ to 52″, the largest model will cost $3600 before taxes and shipping.
