Check out this fire-fighting dragon created by Gareth – and he does it by blowing more wind on it! I’ve always thought that a strong wind will tend to whip up the flames into an even greater fury, but guess that’s another story for another day. Nicknamed Puff, this robotic dragon with some Arduino magic imbued will be able to scan his head to detect a flame in the vicinity, where he will then move towards the flame and blow it up. Should he fail to do so within a couple of sweeps, then the Panic mode will kick in where he’ll back off to save his bacon. Some fire-fighting dragon, eh? If only he could dial 911 upon his failure…now that’d be something.
