FCC Approves Motorola A4500

The almighty FCC has put the Motorola A4500 through its paces and decided that it was worthy enough to make the cut, so we can all expect the A4500 (also known as the Napoleon) to make an appearance Stateside pretty soon. Some of the rumored specifications include :-

  • CDMA and EV-DO
  • Quad-band GSM
  • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
  • Fingerprint scanner
  • 2-megapixel camera
  • Memory card slot
  • QWERTY keyboard

It will be powered by Windows Mobile 6.1, although it remains to be seen whether there will be a Windows Mobile 6.5 upgrade by the time that version rolls out from Microsoft. Any ideas how much this will cost when released?
