Is This Photo Showing The Second Palm WebOS Phone?

Yesterday’s rumor about a second Palm device for the end of 2009 was mildly interesting, but today’s snapshot is much more interesting. BGR has published what a tipster claims to be a photo of the second Palm Web OS device. It is smaller, must have a tiny keyboard and basically looks like a squished blackberry bold.

A more amusing question is: how was this photo taken? This is probably the blurriest picture that we’ve seen in 12-months. There are two possible explanations:

1/BGR’s ninja snapped the photo in a Palm lab, while hanging on a wire, Tarzan-style, using a medieval cellphone camera.

2/ The product manager at Palm wanted to create some buzz and has overdone it with the blur.

Which one do you think is more likely?
