Kenwood OLED Speakers

Just when you think that all speakers do are pump out great sounding audio (only if you have a good pair), along comes Kenwood to turn the tables by parading their prototype speakers that feature an OLED display on them as well. We wonder what kind of applications can be applied with this pair of OLED speakers – perhaps a karaoke solution where you can read the lyrics from the speakers themselves? Well, apart from OLED speakers, Kenwood also has a prototype of an OLED evacuation sign which doubles up as speakers for emergency announcements.
