Microsoft caters for the entry-level gaming crowd with its Sidewinder X3 gaming mouse, retailing at a mere $40. At that price, you won’t be shortchanged when it comes to performance though as it has a 2,000 DPI laser sensor which can be changed to 800 DPI or 400 DPI whenever you’re in need of subtler movements. There will also be eight more buttons available for your gaming purposes, all packed into an ambidextrous layout to keep those southpaws happy. This USB-powered gaming mouse will be bundled with the Intellimouse software for Windows PCs for quick and easy macro programming. Expect to see the Microsoft Sidewinder X3 hit retail stores this May.
