The Nintendo DSi has just arrived in Europe and the US over the weekend, and the folks at iFixIt have already taken it apart. This successful dissection yielded some rather interesting results – they realized the 840mAh battery inside was much smaller in size compared to the DS Lite’s 1,000mAh battery, carrying a couple of VGA-resolution cameras (as if the whole world doesn’t know that already). This is also the first Nintendo device the iFixIt crew has taken apart without the help of a tri-wing screwdriver. Have you purchased your DSi already, or are you planning to do so?
