Nokia To Release Gimped 6210s

Nokia wants to have another crack at the South Korean market by releasing a stripped down version of the Nokia 6210 known as the 6210s, doing away with GPS navigation capability due to the country’s regulations that require GPS-capable phones to rely on locally-based map servers instead. No wonder the “Navigation” suffix for the handset has been ditched, and knowing just how advanced cell phones in that country is, we’re not surprised if people give this the once over and pick up other handsets instead. Would you pick up the 6210s for $300 in South Korea?
