
Codenamed Hello, the computer has a very simple design, some say “Mac-like”, and costs only 1 Euro, when bundled with a 24-month DSL contract and the landline subscription that goes with it (40 Euro/mo). Hello runs on Linux and it is loaded with basic productivity applications. Because it is built for a non tech-savvy crowd, the user interface has been simplified a bit, and there’s even a “remote help” button.
