Orange UK has unveiled a new data bundle for just £4.25 monthly with a 500MB limit. This new package would mean the cessation of the 10MB and 250MB packages which cost much more at £5.00 and £6.38, respectively. Folks who are currently on voice packages as well as new subscribers will be eligible for the 500MB data bundle. For those who are not sure just how much 500MB is in the overall picture, that translates to an average of 25,000 standard webpages, send/receive up to 175,000 emails or spend 192 hours chatting via IM clients. For each MB that you surpass, Orange UK will bill you an additional £0.80. Perfect for light users who do not want to break the bank each month – just remember not to download Torrents and you should be fine.
