Skyfire on the Way to BlackBerry with Flash Support

Even though the web browser on recent Blackberry devices has improved a lot (mostly thanks to the higher-res display…), it is fair to say that they are still far from being “good”. But the arrival of Skyfire for Blackberry might solve this problem. Skyfire is a web browser that aims to offer a desktop web experience in your mobile. They do it by having a desktop machine load the page from their data center, then compresses the page into a mobile-friendly format. Think of it as some kind of “remote desktop” for web browsing. And because the page is processed by a desktop PC, *everything* works: Flash, Silverlight… everything. Skyfire Homepage
