Sony Ericsson S312 For Video Recording

Most cell phones come with a functional camera, as well as video recording capability although the latter does leave a rather wanting quality in the end product. Sony Ericsson hopes to change that, but we don’t think their efforts will be successful in turning a regular cell phone into a prime time TV recording device. Having said that, we don’t think the S312 will be a lacklustre performer, either. Apart from instant video recording, the Sony Ericsson S312 also comes with a 2 megapixel camera, photo fix capability to enhance the quality of shots taken, picture blogging done with just a few clicks as well as Bluetooth connectivity. No idea on how much this will cost when it is finally available in Q2, but we’re guessing a mid-range figure will do just nicely. You will be able to pick up the Sony Ericsson S312 in Dawn Blue and Honey Silver colors. [Press Release]
