While Windows 7 Release Candidate was leaked out on Torrent Trackers last week, we have now uncovered news of a Windows XP Mode in Windows 7. Assuming all goes well as the Windows XP Mode functions as advertised, this means Windows XP applications will be able to run on Windows 7 without any hiccups. Sounds like the perfect solution to companies who want to upgrade to Windows 7 while maintaining their current batch of Windows XP applications. If all things turn out as planned, we could see Windows 7 take off in a very big way compared to Windows Vista.
