Our friends over at Photography Blog have snagged their hands on a mass market digital camera from Casio – the EX-FS10, and after putting it through its paces, here’s what they have to say about it.
In summary the Casio EX-FS10 is a very slim, stylish and well-made digicam that offers a number of innovative high speed modes, but it does suffer from poor battery life and an average lens.
Well, you do get HD movie recording at 1,280 x 720 pixels and boasts the ability to snap 6-megapixel stills whilst shooting a movie, and there really isn’t much to expect from a $349.99 price point since it comes with a lag correction setting to boot, but seriously, battery life is an issue that manufacturers should not try to skimp on if they want to move units on the retail front.
