Digital Opera S2 And S5 Wireless Earbuds

DigiFi and Kleer have teamed up to announce that the Digital Opera S2 as well as their ‘Made for iPod’ Digital Opera S5 wireless earbuds will be available worldwide on June 20th if you happen to have the dough to bring either one (or both) home. The latter will boast volume and track control buttons located on the wireless earbuds itself for added convenience – perfect for folks who have been looking for ways to ditch the messy, tangled mess of wires often associated with headphones whenever they work out at the gym or cycle while listening to their iPod. Both S2 and S5 rely on Kleer wireless technology that is able to stream uncompressed, lossless, CD quality (16-bit, 44.1KHz-sampled) digital stereo audio. They too, have a range of up to 10 meters, so as long as you don’t wander away from your favorite device at such range, you’re pretty safe. Audio can also be streamed to four people simultaneously as long as they rock on to Kleer-based wireless earbuds. The Opera S2 and iPod-compatible Opera S5 will be available. [Press Release]
