LG Shows Worlds Thinnest TV Panel (5.9mm)

LG just shattered the record held by Sony’s 9.9mm-thin display by demonstrating a 5.9mm thin 42″ TV Panel. It comes in two sizes for now:: 42″ and 47″ and both are full HD, obviously (1920×1080). If you wonder, the refresh rate is 120Hz for a 8ms response time [thx Ken].
