Onkyo has released their latest netbook in Japan – the Atom-powered DC204A3 that will come with all the usual trappings such as an Intel 945GSE Express chipset, 1GB RAM, a 10.1” LCD display at 1,024 x 600 resolution, integrated Wi-Fi connectivity, a built-in web cam for video conference calls, D-SUB and Ethernet. Eagle eyed observers will notice that this lacks a hard drive, where it is compensated with a 32GB SSD instead. Prices start from €380 upwards, although we would have liked to see a hard drive alternative or even the choice to throw in the NVIDIA Ion platform.
