Bell Mobility will be the carrier of choice when the Palm Pre arrives in the Great White North, and it will be tied to Bell Mobility on an exclusive basis to boot. This announcement makes Bell the second carrier in the world to date to announce the 3G-capable Pre, and Bell Mobility hopes that the unique user experience of the webOS-powered smartphone alongside Canada’s largest 3G network will see the Pre get embraced at much higher levels compared to when the iPhone 3G was released. There is no word on pricing, so be patient and wait for the second half of the year to roll around before more concrete announcements are made. [Press Release]
