Pentax has a new digital camera in town – the Optio E75 that takes a rather unconventional route – it has ditched optical stabilization, something most of us have taken for granted these days, alongside a sensitivity that stops at 1600 ISO. At least Pentax has retained the Face detection, Face-priority and automatic Smile detection modes for that added ease of use. Other features of the Optio E75 include :-
- 10 megapixels
- 3x optical zoom
- 2.7″ LCD display at 230k resolution
- Automatic scene modes
It will be powered by a couple of AA batteries, making this a universal camera, and will retail for 119 Euros.
