Philips is famous for their range of long-lasting handsets, and the Xenium X550 is one model that will not disappoint you if you place a premium on long battery life and superior talktime over functionality. In order to further increase its battery life, the X550 ditches 3G connectivity, using GPRS and EDGE only for data transfers. Guess this is one of the main reasons why the X550 will only see action in China and Eastern Europe. Other features comprise of :-
