Sharp will be first off the blocks to offer a couple of system boards for drive recorders that will feature an industry-first 180° wide-angle lens which not only records the whole view right ahead of you, it will also capture whatever you miss to the left and to the right. Despite recording at a wide angle view, you will still be able to enjoy high-resolution images courtesy of its image sensor technology and image compression technology that have been refined by Sharp over the years. The Continuous Recording function can last for around 6 hours non-stop, letting you play back moments when you actually had a micro-sleep experience at the wheel and thanking your lucky stars on being alive still.
