Tony Hawk Ride Includes Skateboard Controller

That reminds us of SEGA’s top skater, but we kind of like the idea of Ride’s skateboard controller. Published by Activision, the skating game is the fist that game we know of that has a such a controller. The price of the game bundle has not been revealed yet, but we think that it would (or should!) cost less than $200.

As expected, the skateboard senses the motion induced by the player and the game reacts accordingly. Even 180 degrees spins are possible, although we would not try a ollie… To see the promo video and a demo by Tony hawk himself, head to gametrailers.
