Chord Electronics has just unveiled its latest Universal Control Center known as the Indigo. What looks like an iPod dock isn’t really one – it is actually a control center that targets both analog and digital sources regardless of whether they’re wired or wireless. Each Indigo comes with a fully modded iPod classic, transforming the entire setup into a supposedly high-end music source. Users will also be able to stream any audio from virtually any A2DP-enabled device, where some of these digital inputs comprise of SPDIF, AES, optical, USB, iPod and Bluetooth audio. Just be prepared to fork out a whopping £8,000 for this puppy.
