ViewSonic To Enter Smartphone Market

ViewSonic must be sick and tired of making quality LCD displays that are affordable to the masses, and hence has decided to take the plunge into the 3G smartphone market. After all, ViewSonic believes that this is a strategic move that “falls in line with the convergence of televisions, computers and mobile phones”, where their experience and expertise in display technology will help see them through the development of a smartphone. It would be interesting to see the final product, but until then, we wish them luck!
