It looks like NVIDIA isn’t the only hardwareable to play 1080p HD video on netbooks anymore. This video from netbooknews.com shows a Qualcomm-powered netbook playing a 1080p movie (Sony Hi-Vision Quality). We assume that this is a Snap Dragon netbook, you know one that is powered by some kind of super-low power cellphone hardware. The other platform like that is NVIDIA’s Tegra and we’ve seen some stuff from Texas instrument at Mobile World Congress in Spain in February.
