HTC Hero Officially Released, With The SENSE User Interface

Orange UK will start selling the HTC Hero in July. The HTC Hero is a touch phone that runs on Android. We had warned you that this was coming as HTC sent the invites earlier in the month. Orange has been rumored to use the HTC Hero since late March.

Anyway the video in the full post shows how fluid the user interface is. There are several skins for the homepage and so far, the demos look good. The interesting bit lies in the HTC Sense user interface that will be available on Android, but also Windows Mobile. HTC has been putting a lot of efforts in its UI in recent years. We’re anxious to test it. Update: T-Mobile UK will also offer this phone.
