HTC Hero Up For Pre-Order

Amazon.co.uk is now offering the HTC Hero up for pre-order, where it has been listed to retail for £429.99 a pop. July 15th is the tentative shipping date, but as with life, nothing is certain so the final date might actually change to a later (what are the chances of it being brought forward, anyways?). £429.99 is a pretty hefty price tag, when converted, you will need at least seven Benjamins and then some before being a proud new owner of the HTC Hero.
