JVC has revealed their latest GD-32X1 LCD TV which is anything but ordinary. Measuring a mere 6.4mm thin, this 32” full HD LED backlight LCD display is not meant for the home (although JVC won’t stop you from purchasing one if you’re flush with cash), targeting marketers who want to add video in different locations such as a half mirror setting, sliding door, hanging, window or picture frame among others. The GD-32X1 is touted to cover all of the sRGB and 90% of the Adobe RGB spectrum, featuring a contrast ratio of 4,000:1 and a brightness of 400cd/m2. There is no word on pricing, but we think it’s gonna cost a fair bit.
