Teens are supposed to get irritated by an obnoxious high frequency tone emitted by the “Mosquito” alarm that has been fixed in toilets at Kitashikahama Park in Tokyo’s Adachi ward, but it seems to have been downright ineffective as the toilet was still vandalized. We don’t suppose that these teens have either gone deaf by listening to their iPod levels at insanely loud levels for prolonged periods of time, or they are naturally resistant to the Mosquito alarm. Heck, they could be wearing a pair of sound isolation earbuds for all we know.
