Panasonic KX-VC500 Video Conference System

Panasonic has just announced that its latest KX-VC500 video conference system will go one up on its competitors by virtue of it being able to handle High Definition video, putting Skype as well as other similar solutions to shame courtesy of its 1080i resolution running at speeds of up to 8MB/s. Specially constructed to be literally dummy proof, Panasonic adds to its flexibility by not including a camera so that you can throw in a HD camcorder of your choice instead. No idea on pricing though.
