Phone Survives 250m Drop

We attribute this piece of news to a freak of nature where everything went right – apparently, US pilot Oscar L. Rodriguez who resides in North Carolina is so impressed with the build quality of his LG handset that he has sent an email to LG Electronics to express his appreciation for making “the strongest cell phone”, after he dropped his LG EnV from his pocket from 250m above the ground during a jumpmaster practice session. Needless to say, the law of gravity kicked in, but when Rodriguez reached the ground, his LG EnV was unscathed and could still be used without any glitches. As you know, to come to any logical conclusion, the premises must be tested – the more, the merrier. We’d challenge Oscar L. Rodriguez to drop his EnV one more time from such a height and see whether it breaks into a million pieces upon kissing the asphalt.
